Every Thornvella item is made to order. The time between placing your order and receiving it has two parts: production and delivery after dispatch. All timeframes below are estimates in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

All items are print on demand, so they need time to be produced before they are shipped. Products are produced and shipped from different locations, and not every item will be available from a location near you. Each item listing states where it ships from; please review this before ordering.

Crop tees, festival crop tops and crop tanks — shipping origins

Crop tees are produced and shipped from Australia for orders delivered to Australia and New Zealand, and from the United States for other destinations. Festival crop tops and crop tanks are produced and shipped from the US only, including orders delivered to Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Please allow for production first, followed by delivery. For internationally shipped orders, international transit time is additional. Use the product-specific or checkout estimate where provided.

Hoodies — US and Australia

Hoodies are fulfilled through US and Australian print partners. The Australian partner serves Australia and, where available, New Zealand. Hoodie orders for other destinations are fulfilled by the US print partner. Please check the shipping origin on each item listing before ordering.

Approximate timings for hoodies and cropped styles

These are broad standard-shipping planning ranges, based on published production and delivery guidance. All figures are in business days. Individual products, print partners and destinations may vary; use any product-specific or checkout estimate where provided.

US-shipped crop tees, crop tanks and hoodies

Production: usually 2–7 business days before dispatch. Delivery time is additional.

These international ranges apply to supported destinations available at checkout. Customs, remote addresses and carrier delays can add time. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some US territories may also take longer.

Hoodies printed and shipped from Australia

Production: allow approximately 3–5 business days before dispatch.

The Australian domestic estimate is a carrier-based guide for Australia Post; another carrier or a regional or remote address may take longer. The New Zealand range is a broad international planning allowance. For hoodies fulfilled by the US partner, use the US-shipped table above. Australian fulfilment is also available for crop tees delivered to Australia and New Zealand; use the product-specific or checkout estimate. Festival crop tops and crop tanks remain US-only and use the US-shipped estimates above.

The T-shirt estimates below apply to standard T-shirts and do not apply to hoodies, tank crops or tee crops.

Australia — T-shirts

Australian T-shirt orders are made and shipped locally in Brisbane, Australia.

• Production: 3–5 business days
• Tracked standard shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Estimated total for standard: 8–13 business days

New Zealand — T-shirts

New Zealand T-shirt orders are made in Brisbane, Australia, and shipped internationally.

• Production: 3–5 business days
• International delivery after dispatch: usually 10–30 business days
• Estimated total: approximately 13–35 business days

Delivery can vary by destination, carrier and customs processing.

United States — T-shirts

United States T-shirt orders are made and shipped in the United States.

• Production: 2–5 business days
• Standard delivery after dispatch: usually 2–5 business days
• Estimated total: approximately 4–10 business days

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some US territories can take around 7–12 business days in transit after dispatch.

Europe — T-shirts

T-shirt orders delivered within the European Union are made and shipped within the EU. Check the product listing and checkout for the delivery estimate that applies to your order.

Rest of world — T-shirts

T-shirt orders outside Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the European Union are made and shipped from the United States.

• Production: 2–5 business days
• International delivery after dispatch: usually 10–30 business days
• Estimated total: approximately 12–35 business days

Customs checks and local carrier handovers may extend international delivery times.

Jerseys — worldwide shipping from Vietnam

Jerseys are made to order and shipped from Vietnam. Worldwide jersey shipping is available to destinations, subject to current carrier availability and local restrictions.

Afghanistan, Iran, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen orders cannot be shipped. Some supported destinations have shipping limitations or extended delivery times. Email info@thornvella.com if you are unsure whether your destination is supported.

• Production: 2–6 business days
• United States delivery after dispatch: usually 4–7 business days
• Estimated US total: approximately 6–13 business days
• Other destinations after dispatch: usually 7–10 business days, but up to 15 business days for some locations
• Estimated international total: commonly 9–16 business days, and occasionally up to about 21 business days

International orders, customs and import fees

For any order shipped internationally, customers are responsible for the importation of their goods into the destination country, including complying with local import rules and completing any required customs-clearance procedures.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST assessed on import, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees and any other fees associated with importing their order. Unless expressly included and collected at checkout, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and may be payable to customs authorities or the carrier before delivery.

Please check your destination country’s import requirements and potential charges before ordering. Customs inspection and clearance may extend delivery times.

Split shipments and tracking

If your order contains products produced or shipped from different locations, it may arrive in multiple parcels. Each parcel may have its own tracking number and may arrive on a different day. Tracking is emailed as soon as each parcel is dispatched. Please check for multiple tracking numbers and review the delivery status of each parcel before contacting us about a missing item.

Possible delays

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, customs, address issues, stock shortages, reprints and carrier delays may add time. If an item has not received a production update after seven business days, please contact us so we can check it for you.

These estimates are based on current production and carrier information and may change.

Thornvella products are made to order. Please read the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Requesting a return, replacement or refund

Email info@thornvella.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• your full name and delivery address;
• your order number and delivery date;
• the item or items affected;
• a clear description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting; and
• clear photographs of the item, the fault or damage, the shipping label, and the original inner and outer packaging.

Do not send an item back until Thornvella has approved the return in writing and provided return instructions. Our products may be fulfilled from different locations, so the correct return address will be provided after approval. Returns sent without approval will be denied.

Eligible issues

We will assess claims for items that:

• arrive damaged;
• have a manufacturing, print or embroidery defect;
• are the wrong item, design, colour or size compared with what you ordered; or
• are missing from your order. Please note: your order may arrive in multiple parcels. Check for multiple tracking numbers before contacting us.

Small variations that are normal to the manufacturing process, including minor differences in colour, garment measurements, print placement or on-screen appearance, are not automatically defects.

Change of mind and sizing

Because items are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or colour, prefer a different fit or feel, entered an incorrect delivery address, or no longer want the item. If we supplied the wrong item or size, or the product is faulty or not as described, please contact us under the process above.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached. Items must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair and other signs of use not connected with the reported issue.

Please keep the original packaging and include it with any approved return.

Timing and return approval

Please submit your request within 7 days of delivery. If a physical return is required and approved, dispatch it using the instructions we provide so it is sent within 30 days of delivery.

Assessment and remedies

We may ask for photographs or inspect the item before confirming a remedy. Depending on the issue, the remedy may be a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval or receipt of the returned item for processing; your bank or payment provider may take additional time.

Items not eligible

We cannot accept claims for:

• change of mind or an incorrect size, colour, product or address selected by the customer;
• damage caused after delivery by misuse, accidental damage, alteration, improper storage or care, or washing contrary to the care instructions;
• ordinary wear and tear;
• custom or personalised products unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described;
• digital products after download or access; or
• gift cards.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it because it is made specifically for you.
